Wizard Review was right. 9 out of 10.
I waited and waited. Someone reviewed it as dishonest
and I left this trick in the dust. But, I kept looking back at the trailer. Like I was missing an
opportunity with a true love. Boy, was I right to listen to myself. If anyone cares I will do a
full live performance. As that seems to be the biggest complaint for the effect.
I worked
out ALL the kinks with a mere 18 hours whilst destroying 3 decks of cards during my QUARoutines sesh
due to Covid 19. Replaced an unnecessary gaff with sleight of hand, and presto this effect became a
workable reality!
I have a trick to get into the set up, a moment of relaxation to bring in
the cards, and sleights for 100% clean up.
The skill level does go from 1-5 to a 4-5.
This effect is, as a speed demon once said - SUPREME PLUS ULTRA!
If you have 3 sets
with 3 tricks in each. I would use this as Set 3 trick 2. It's strong and leaves the deck clean for
a finale effect.
The biggest problem with this dvd is the tutorial. Jason shows a kid
friendly version to perform this effect. The true HANDLING of this effect, I believe was kept
secret. But the core SECRET is indeed revealed. So small gripes.

So, I'm sure many folks have been waiting for someone else to buy this SansMinds release and review
it before purchasing it themselves. I made the leap and can tell you that, like many of their prior
products, there was some convenient editing performed to fool us, the magic consumers, into thinking
things can be accomplished that can't. Now, does that mean I think the trick is no good? No. It
is decent enough...but there are angle restrictions and, as mentioned above, there are things that
can't be done that the video demo disguises. I would have rated it higher had SansMinds not been
weasels, once again, as they've done so many times in the past. Also, there is a bunch of arts and
crafts, and the so-called "gimmick" is not a gimmick at all, but more of a tool, or template, that
you use to make your own gimmick. So that is also a bit misleading in the description. All in all,
a decent trick with false pretenses. I'd suggest you think about ways in which you could accomplish
a similar effect, and go make it yourself! Maybe that would help some of you think outside the box
and start to develop your own twists on tricks you like, or become magic inventors.
