You show a sketch book with drawings of all kinds of people-smiling, frowning, long-haired, bald, young, old, etc. Each picture is cut into three sections so you can interchange the mouth, nose and eyes creating a wide variety of pictures, showing the great diversity of the people we meet everyday. But who are those people? And why should we care about them or help them at all?

Three volunteers select three different sections as you flip through the pages. When the selections are made, you turn the book so the audience can see the final picture-the face of Jesus Christ. "In as much as you have done it unto the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me."
