The magician removes two pens from his pocket-one of them is a polished silver pen and the other the standard plastic. He asks the spectator to hold out their hands. "Watch as I drop these pens at exactly the same time..do you see how the metal one dropped faster?" The spectator isn't convinced as they could clearly see the magician dropped the metal pen before the plastic one.
