This isn't "magic", it's just nonsense. For what purpose would you want to be carrying around a portable flamethrower? Well, maybe if you work in restaurants, and a patron is complaining that his steak is too rare, you can be an instant hero.

But seriously, if you use this at any venue, you can be pretty sure it's the last time you'll be working there. No owner in his right mind is going to want to expose his establishment to this sort of liability.
