The routines possible with these are immense like Greg Wilson's sobriety test, others include
opening your walk around with "I'll do as many tricks as bounces you can get from this ball" and
also in Hospitals where you show you're ball is sick but with the help of the staff you're ball can
get well and get his bounce back. These are what you make of them
