I found this really easy to use. Not sure why anyone else was having a problem.... must be "card magicians" trying stage magic. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I just wish it had a DVD. This is NOT a close-up effect, so be aware you need to be on stage to perform it. Overall, a very good and easy effect. Much better than the Acrobatic Rose on the market now, because you dont need any cloth for covers.

This effect is not suitable for beginners (Evangelista wrote to me that it was suitable for "beginner level").

You need a lot of practice and unsuitable if you do not have some control over the lighting in the performance area. Suitable for stage performance - not for closeup and parlour.
