This is really a wonderful and useful hole puncher for the close-up worker...it will punch a complete hole punching the paper right out...it will punch a hole at 60% complete all the way to 90% as seen in the photo below...in other words you can punch a hole in a playing card and the audience can see it is genuine...brush your fingers over the hole and the hole dispappears to be found in another place on the card.
