I bought this because the old thread I was using, would snap with very little effort.

This, however, is fully capable of making credit cards, dollar coins, etc float (and spin!) without breaking.

And on top of all of that you get thread that, even in incandescent lighting, you have to strain your eyes to see up close.

As a test of its strength, I suspended a 1/144scale model aircraft from a shelf with 2 strands of this (one holding each wing near the middle of the model) and it doesn't even TRY to break.

I have used many different types of IT in recent times - but this one is the best! Why? Well basically, its strength. Compared to other IT's such as Mesika's or Steve Fearson's Vectra thread the Kevlar gives a superb trade off between strength and invisibility. Anyone who has ever used IT's knows just how easy it is to break a thread and the frustration it brings. With the Kevlar thread you have much more peace of mind which in turn brings more confident handling and control of whatever you are levitating. Overall an excellent product.
