This effect blows people away. I've had people scream even. Since it looks like you messed up at
first there is even less heat on "the move" which every magician can do easily. This is one of the
easiest and strongest effects I do. Period. Just buy it already, even if you are thinking about
getting something else get this first you won't regret it. Plus its so cheap!!! The photo and card
can be completely examined right away. You can also pull the photo sleeve back out of your pocket
and let them examine that as well, and you can do the same with the deck (you just need to ditch a
card)

Sankey's Nailed! is an extremely commercial effect. Very simple and easy to perform, it also looks
like pure magic to the layman. Definitely not a magician fooler by any means, but good for lay
audiences in closeup and parlor performances.

the transposition is one of card magics greatest effects, and this gimmick will allow you to
incorperate a great visual, with a great plot, and a twist ending. the demo says it all. trust me,
this is one of those tricks that will help build a connection with your audience. just be careful
saying "i had a dream about you" ADD TO CART

This is a cool effect. A neat premise of being able to change the past with a practical, powerful
gimmick.
I really, really enjoyed it. The first time I watched this, I didn't know what to think; it's a very interesting effect. After wrapping my head around it though, you really realize how much you like it. Incredibly practical, very clever, and pretty easy to do. Oh, and my favorite part is the versatility of the thing. You can use this for street, close-up and even parlour. This is a really powerful piece of theatre and I reccomend it. Did this review help you?
When I perform this effect, I hardly feel like I am performing a mere card trick. Instead I feel
like I am performing something stronger, and something that goes deeper than just this one
experience.
To use a phrase from Darwin Ortiz's excellent book, Strong Magic, the subtext, or the underlying theme, of this effect is that you are able to change the past. You are able to change your mistakes by going through time and space and being able to pull out something that only existed in a photograph, and replace it with something from the present. In essence, you are creating an atmosphere of surrealism. This has a STRONG effect on audiences. There simply is nothing for them to grasp on to. When absolutely everything is just left out on the table, the spectators cannot believe it. Jay provides several alternate handlings on the dvd, although I didn't find any of them too appealing. Jay says he does not use the alternate handlings either, but he included them just for the sake of completion. I believe this will become one of your favorite card effects to take with you to gigs because it instantly resets, it's examinable, it hits SO hard, and it goes beyond "just a card trick." For all of these reasons, I highly recommend Jay Sankey's Nailed. Did this review help you?
