Pretty good...I've been trying to learn hypnosis and this DVD is very worthwhile. I don't think this one product alone is enough, but it will contribute to your education as a hypnotist. Hypnosis is not like learning a card trick with a trick deck. It's gonna take some study and practice. I recommend this one. The Manchurian Approach was great too as a follow up to this, but this one gives you more fundamentals and understanding of hypnosis and so it's probably better for beginners in my opinion.
