The Effect
Three dishes are seen to be filled with red, yellow, and green sand, along with a large clear bowl of water. The magician swishes his hand in the water causing it to become dark. The magician then takes a handful of red sand and places it into the darkened water. This is followed by the green and yellow sand. With his hand or a wand he stirs the mixture of sands in the water. He then dries his hand and, showing them empty, reaches into the bowl of water again and brings out a handful of red sand and holds it over a plate and lets it flow freely from his hand...PERFECTLY DRY! This is repeated with the other two colors. The magician swirls his hand in the water again and gradually it becomes clear! |
