The Effect All the tricks you normally perform with the thumb tip (normal size), but on a larger scale. It allows a silk three times larger than the usual ones.
Manufacturer Says The Vernet's finger tips are the most useful props in the world of magic. These fingers are so natural that they can be compared to an orthopedic appliance.
The characteristics that make them unique:
They are an exact copy of human fingers and defy detection.
Made of semi-flexible unbreakable material
All the fingers come one color tone: pale flesh.
The fingers can be adapted to the hand by simply dipping the thumb tip into hot water. Once the thumb tip is soft it will take any shape you wish. Then dip in cold water to harden it again.

Hi! This is your official PenguinMagic reviewer, B_Magic.
A good thumbtip is always something good to have on you, and so I always recommend one. That said, it's not something that I perform with very often, in fact, I'd say these days I rarely perform with a tip. But it is a versatile tool that can be used in countless effects, and perhaps a tool I'll use more regularly for an effect I don't do yet. I will never get rid of my thumbtips for this reason, and will always recommend any magician to have one, at least stored away somewhere, for use sometime.
There really is a lot of miracle-status things you can do with a thumbtip. If you don't already have one, cough up the dough and get one today.

Big thumb tip
[Verified buyer] by Trent from Canada on 04/03/2010 16:54:16
This is a big thumb tip and if your looking to vanish something bigger than average this is the one for you. If you have medium or smaller hands you may want to look at other options. I have medium large hands and if it were any bigger it would slid down to far and may be difficult to handle. It is however a very good TT for me.

A high-load TT
by Brandon Evans from Minnesota on 10/18/2007 14:02:16
I don't know why everyone complains about this. Its pretty much a regulation Vernet TT, with an extra inch of space. Its great. Works even better at a distance, but all TT's do.
I recommend this to anyone.
This is perfect for The vanishing cigarette too. Theres well over enough room for the cigarette.
Overall, one of my favorite small magic items.

A word to the wise
by Smoothini the Ghetto Houdini from San Diego, CA, USA on 10/04/2007 13:06:03
Listen, for everybody complaining about this TT please take notice.... it doesn't matter what color a thumb tip is, because if you know how to use it, the spectator will never see it. I have black skin, and I've used TT made for people with white skin, and they've never noticed.
Also, I've been doing magic for 19 years. I know how to handle the prop. Some people complaining have only been doing magic for 6 or so months. I didn't give it 5 stars because I reserve 5 stars for only the best effects there is. My standard is alot higher, but this is a damn good TT.
I've used thimbles before as TT. If you don't believe me, check out my website and see if the advice I'm giving is coming from nowhere. I suggest buy it.
