I'm sorry everyone but the regular sponge balls are not even in the same league as this product! I don't know what the fool was talking about and giving the product 1 star. Jay is hilarious,the sponges are so cool and durable as well as being very funny and extremely visual. If you don't own this you have no business calling yourself a magician!

I was first a little nervous about the bad review on this but when I got it I was shocked! He taught really creative routines. So if you want something that is easy and with no gimmicks this is the trick for you.

I just performed a full rotine with the earplugs to someone and they loved it!! they are alot more visual than the spongeballs, they are a lot easier to handle than the spongeballs, and you can produce them out of your ears!!!
Please buy this DVD. It is well worth the money.

The DVD teaches alot of great moves and slights with the earplugs. Jay explains all of the moves, step by step in complete detail. The only problem I found with the earplugs is that they are not as soft as spongeballs. But almost all the moves teached on the DVD can be done easier with earplugs than with spongeballs. BUY THIS!! It's worth the money!!!!!!

Yes, they're yellow, and thats it. You dont get different colours or extreme transformations (red ball to jumbo square and black ball, red ball and black ball to jumbo red ball and mini black balls, red ball to red hand etc.), you can't do the multiplying effect (multiplying sponge balls by Goshman), you cant vanish them as easily, you cant palm them and hide them as easily, you cant pinch them together as easily to multiply them in the spectator's hand, i mean this is just some kind of novelty item like the sponge rabbits...
Please, stick to the red sponge balls if you want to really blow people away. There are so many products and effects that are only compatible with red sponge balls.
Yes, yellow does look nice, but are you trying to impress them with the colour or the magic of the sponges? If you like yellow so much, then get the yellow sponge balls (as they are still more practical than the earplugs in terms of handling). But even that I don't recommend.
Stick to red balls.
