The Effect Performed by David Copperfield on the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno, Harry Anderson on the "Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson, and by Meir Yedid to win the 1988 S.A.M. Close-Up Magic Competition.
This is an impromptu routine, which is easy to do and uses absolutely no props. The magician asks a spectator to copy his actions. Both place their hands palm down on the table and begin turning them in a clockwise direction. The spectator turns his hand part way, while the magician turns his hand in a full circle! One and a half times!
This routine must be seen to be believed. On many occasions people have been so shocked that they actually screamed.
Includes everything you need to know and many of the latest innovations, which have never been tipped before. You will learn how to do three consecutive revolutions, cause sound effects, show your arm with twisted flesh, and much more.

This is a really cool illusion that I learned when I first started magic about seven years ago. I used to perform it all the time and it always got great reactions from the audience. You really have to sell the illusion though otherwise it won't be as impressive. I want to say that this illusion probably isn't for everyone for one reason. I used to be able to do this, but now for some reason I find it difficult to get my hand into the position. Perhaps I'm not as springy as I used to be. Other than that, it's a great illusion and I recommend it.

This is the classic arm twisting illusion. the DVD is really short. though this is a good routine I would recommend Joe Russell's Dis Jointed DVD instead. This is ok, but nothing special.

Great trick. It really shocks people. Even though the DVD case smelled like fish bait I still rate it very high among my trick list! Kinda pricey but still worth it!

The movie wasn't what they made it out to be. It says it teaches you how to make "twisted flesh" and make "bone cracking noises." The "twisted flesh" can't be shown for long, because it's easy to figure out (it's probly what you think it is). The bone noises was mentioned for about one sentence. It is more of a idea than a way-you could do anything to make the noice. Basically it isn't worth buying the dvd, just buy the book (I don't like the movie, but like the trick).
