Ok I'm the first Review for this Product and Let me say a few things. I watch the WPR every week (if you know what that is then I will continue) They said on the WPR that this was the best coin DVD they have ever watched. They were right. This DVD you guys is worth it's weight in gold. This amazing. The sleights, the coins, the concepts, the ideas, this is crazy good. Maybe I'm being a little bias here so let me apply the principle of charity for both sides so I'm not just saying my one sided opinion on how freakin great freakin coins is. When you watch the explanations it's all dubbed. They don't talk their way through the explanations but they do show you everything you need and go slow. It's a little frustrating when you want them to talk and explain a particular sleight but they don't throughout the explanations. Before getting this however I would seriously recommend something like Modern Coin Magic from Magic Makers or in the beginning there were coins from Penguin Magic, just so you have a base understanding of coin magic and how how it works. I love the cover for this, and I love the DVD. It is worth it to buy. I recommend it, it cannot get any better than what you see. Please do yourself a favor and $$$$ this product you will not be disappointed

This DVD is great if you live somewhere that you can wear a hoodie and long sleeves everytime you perform. There are no explanations they show how the routines are done without speaking. If you can't wear a hoodie while performing most of the routines are useless. I wouldn't buy it

Totally agree with Kirk. This is a must have DVD for coin magic enthusiasts. I have always been a card guy but with DVD I have been converted. Add to cart ASAP.

i admit, i bought this DVD for the name. i was not disappointed. it's packed full of great effects.
while it says the disc is in French (it is); MOST of the effects and "training" are done with very few words spoken.
the mood of the 2-disc set is playful and irreverent. add this to your Eric Jones and Jay Noblezada DVDs for coin magic.

If you know your moves and have you'r coins, it's worth it. All this is is a collection of routines. That's pretty much it. There was another dvd for that, but it just didn't feel right. It felt as though I was being given commands for each routine, as apposed to being taught in person.

The moves were good, no-they were fantastic!! I will be practicing later, when I feel like it.

The real downside is the coins. For example: I love card magic. You probably do to. If I use a marked deck, I don't feel right. That is why I always use brand new decks for my performances.

Why use gaffed coins? No. Not for me.

I have not even had a chance to open the DVD- too busy at work. But on the back it had a warning- requires a shell and a C/S coin for some of the tricks. BRILLIANT!!!! I have wanted this for years- some kind of warning of what extra stuff will be required. I work away- minimal weight allowance on the plane so I cannot take everything- and I take magic DVDs to study in the evenings. I have come to grief again and again because some DVD requires a gimmick "everyone has". Now if they just had PDF notes as well....

In spite of the name, it is really good! I usually think something is not good when they need to give it a sensational name, but in this case, the effects are very good in spite of the sensational name. They are taught without commentary, and that is generally a negative, but they are really taught well, in spite of the lack of commentary. Many of the routines required gimmicked coins that are not included, but I think it is totally worth it to invest in a few gimmicked coins. I particularly liked that there were some routines that deviated from just coins, such as the coin and rubberband routine. I also liked that there were really entertaining routines, such as the coins and mirror routine. Not only is it magical, it is artistically pleasant. There is also a matrix routine with four coins, a deck of cards, a pack of gum, a pack of cigarettes, and a cell phone that is awesome! Images of coins dissapear from the camera and appear under the cigarette pack, etc. Highly recommended.
