John Guastaferro does amazing work. This is no exception. I give it three stars, not because the two routines taught here are not astonishing—they are!—but because 3 stars was the value of the product to me. There are a lot of wonderful sleights taught in these two sequences, but quite a few of the moves are well beyond my skill level as a hobbyist.

If you are adept at performing strike double and triple lifts and palming cards then you should be able to add these wonderful sets to your repertoire. I learned some valuable lessons, but I am unable (currently at least) to perform these illusions.

John has done some amazing work with these two effects. I'm primary a coin magic person and I've never really been interested in complex card magic but this looked so good, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. These two effects are show stoppers and they were so easy to learn. If you are into card magic at all, even if you are a beginner, you will love Box Set!

John's a worker and not only that he get's it. He understands not only what makes card magic entertaining but he also knows how to punctuate really strong moments. There's no complicated handling, no awkward movements. Just a streamlines routine that will impress people if you put the time in.

I for one own a LOT of John's work. If you enjoy this check out his book and live lecture. Both are insanely good and you WILL find something to use.

I really liked the trick overall great teaching! the first trick is a bit difficult but can be mastered with practice! :) the second is really nice and fun to do. i recommend if youre familiar with cards!
