The Web by Jim Pace - Performed by Lance Burton - It's Reaction Time!!! Jim Pace's "The Web" will out-impact any other effect in your repertoire. Highly Recommended!!! Possibly the scariest card trick in the world!!!
"The Web is an effect with an edge to it, and you can't do it for everyone. But those you can do it for will give you the wildest reaction you've ever received for anything you've ever done." -- Michael Ammar
The Effect If you want to go for the jugular and take no prisoners, The Web gets a more visceral reaction than any card effect you've performed!
In fact, there are some people you simply should not do this effect for because while it starts out so innocently, you end with such a startling punch!
This makes 'em jump up and scream! Four blank cards are counted onto the spectator's palm-up hand. Then pictures of spider webs appear and disappear from the faces of the cards. To conclude, the spectator is asked to wave his hands over the cards. As he does, he discovers a large, realistic spider on the back of his hand! At the right time, in the right place, this receives an unprecedented response-you will make people scream!
Manufacturer Says Comes complete with special cards on Bicycle stock, adhesive, spider and detailed instructions.

Anybody willing to perform this trick be forewarned!
I did this trick a few years ago to my cousin and she freaked out! I mean freaked out!! She couldn't get the spider off of her hand while she was running around, then when she got it off, she focused her energies towards me and chased me out of the house while throwing her slippers!
A week ago I did this to my girlfriend and she too freaked out! Yes I didn't learn from the first time... Surely I was punished for a few weeks after that!
If you want to see someone really freaking out, buy this trick!

The Web

This is more of a little gag than it is magic. I think it works best when done for girls than boys. Some of them will turn their hand over and scream but they very quickly realize that it's fake. The downside is that a lot of people can feel the spider on their hand before the climax. Don't buy this if you are looking for a good magic trick though.

Great for Halloween

This trick gets huge reactions. The handling will take a little bit of practice. This is a perfect routine to weave into a spooky Halloween act. The card slides are at an intermediate level.

AMAZING!

This is a scary trick. In the course of a simple routine, spider webs multiply and dissapear, only to end with the spectator finding a spider on THEIR HAND!
This is a great little booklet that covers the AMAZING routine in detail. Plus, it comes with the awesome little gimmicks. These will last you a long time, if you take care of them.
Plus, it's really practical to carry around with you.
THE coolest thing however is that when I bought this, I was afraid that people would catch me when doing the "move". Well, boy was I wrong! This is a fantastic trick and if nothing else, will KICKSTART your confidence in misdirection.
This really is a good one. Very easy to perform and scares everybody. The people below obviously didn't take the time to perfect it you can master it in probably an hour or two. Buy it now it's cheap and good reactions
