The magician shows a deck that has been cut in half diagonally. The cards for both halves are fanned face up to show they are mixed then turned back face down. A spectator then each select one card from the first half of the deck, and a second spectator selects a card from the second half of the deck. Amazingly, when the selected halves are put together and turned face up they match to form a complete card! A baffling effect!

I purchased this split deck. It is extremely low quality. The cards are not bicycle backed, they are flimsy and untextured. In addition, the cards don't slide apart easily which means that it is difficult, if not impossible to perform the trick using this deck. This was a complete waste of money, as I don't think I will ever be able to use it. Stay away from this item!

I realized the price was cheap... but the box in the ad shows a "Bicycle" back on it. That's NOT what you get. The quality of this Deck is on a par with the Svengali & Stripper they sell at the Dollar Store. Very Poor. I would have gladly paid more for a quality split deck. I think the ad is mis-leading. At $5.63... it's not worth paying to ship it back.

Very Disappointed.
