What is C4?

C4 is the ultimate color changing card case in which a case of playing cards changes from red to blue. It is the culmination of years of thought, trial and error, and a goal. The goal was to visibly change the color of a playing card case. But it wasn’t just to do that. It was to create a magical moment that was so clean and so fair that I would want it as part of my act. And now it is.

C4 can be performed when the magician is ready. It doesn’t have to be done as soon as the playing cards are introduced.

It’s so visual that it seems like real magic.

C4 was created so that I could use it in my act. And I do. Every time. And it kills. Every time.

The gimmick is precision made. It comes beautifully packaged and complete with everything you need to start performing it right out of the box.

This is a high quality effect for the serious card man.It requires a knowledge of basic sleight of hand and attention to detail. The workmanship is first rate which may help to account for the hefty price tag. Pro Magicians will find this to be a "must have" due to the incredible visual change the spectators experience.

I don't use a servant. I find the palming of the case a bit difficult to do without flashing. Other than that it is great. It not the same as palming a card and going to your pocket.Other than that, it's great!

Disappointed with Gimmick Quality Report this review

I really like Jonathan Levit and his magic, I was super excited to get this. Unfortunately the gimmick I received was not the precision quality that the ad copy claims. The flaws in the gimmick do not make the card box realistic looking. I was also expecting a more complicated gimmick for $60, but its pretty straightforward. I think I could make one myself that's better quality.

As for the handling, you're going to need to be pretty advanced to do the necessary slights involved. This is much more suited for stage magic .. I don't think many could get away with the street performances that are shown in the demo.

I really wanted to like this, but overall, I'm very disappointed.

trick is very good but Report this review

There are serious angles problems. In this video everything is hiding from the cameras view but not where dan is sitting watching Jonathan doing the trick. Dan can see everything exposed in this trick. Now to me that is a little misleading when he is saying wow this is fantastic when he can see the trick exposed. The trick is very good and visual but ditching this big gimmick is very bold move and looks suspicious. I noticed in the video he does it very quickly but the angle is perfect from cameras view doing this. You must have some very good misdirection getting rid of this gimmick that is why i gave it 4 stars.
