Ok so I've been gettin into rubber bands cuz they r organic, mostly improvtu and cuz they dont take up much pocket space.... I've purchased a few of Joe's tricks and happy with all of them... just a warning but u have to wear bands on ur arms to perform this... most ppl who dont perform with elastics dont really wear them... i perform with them and i nvr wear them on my arms but i will now... some ppl find it uncomfortable like i do but I'm willing to sacrifice the comfort for this eye candy... thanks joe, keep pumping out vids;)

I like the effect. However as stated in some of the other reviews the explanation could've been more thorough. There are some things you're going to have to figure out yourself as in the grip and small nuances of the effect. Half of the download is advertisements and the whole instruction part is probably three or four minutes maybe five at the most. Like I said I like the effect which is why I purchased it however in today's age of Magic DVDs that do an excellent job of explaining. This falls short in my humble opinion. I can see your newbie buying this and getting frustrated with certain aspects of the routine. If You already do rubber band magic then you will be able to fill in the blank's.

This is an interesting routine. The ladder phase left me a bit frustrated because Joe does a poor job in explaining the grip clearly. He focuses a lot on giving credit to the people that have developed the idea over the years, but falls short on teaching the mechanics. Other than this, what can you expect for _ bucks?

Joe is one of the best rubber band magicians I have seen! His magic is super strong and visual. I actually got to see him perform this live in person at a lecture and then I found it here on Peguin to purchase. He teaches everything in detail. Sure, I had to rewind a few times, with rubber band magic that's common. But I had no problems learning the effect. If you are new to rubber band magic it will maybe take a bit more time and practice but trust me this is one of the easier tricks out there. Definitely get his combo pack of rubber bands as they are the best out there and I have recently bought them and do not regret it. This is a great download and I look forward to buying some of his other tricks.

This is a great trick, the only problem is I don't have rubber bands so I ordered some of Joe rubber bands and I'm glad I did. They work great and they can stretch great. I don't know why but I'm just not creative, I could NEVER come up with something this brilliant. Thank you Joe, I really enjoy this trick. Oh yeah, I even use this for walk around table magic.

This is honestly one of the best tricks I own. All of the reviews you see that are 3 or 4 stars are most likely from before Joe graciously added in a bonus video clearing up al of the misconceptions. This is a beautiful rubber band effect on it's but the subtleties that Joe adds in the bonus video are unbelievably nice. If you like rubber band magic at all get this!

Joe Rindfleisch Is in my opinion one of the Top Close Up artist in & of the art, he might need a shave but dont let that fool you !There's more to his genius ,only the perceptive can discern beyond his humility ,the magic community is fortunate to have a Master's Master share & divulge his revelations
