This torn and restored effect is a really good one. In the demo, they tell you that it can be done with a borrowed deck, which is true (sometimes), but it is a bit misleading. You can use a borrowed deck but there is some set up so it isn't impromptu. You will need to pick up an item to use with this trick but it can be found almost anywhere and it is relatively inexpensive. Overall, this is a really cool visual restoration. I recommend it.
"Is this for real?" I asked myself when I first saw it. YES, it is! And it is so simple! You need some to master some basic moves before it looks flawless, but when you do your audience will go nuts! I do this trick with queens, kings, aces and so on. Works every time!

if you are gonna take the time to a set up for a torn and restored then get a more visual effect. my suggestion would be torn too, which uses a similar principal. there is too much busy work and set up for a torn and restored effect without the eye popping visuals

This effect is perfect. The illusion is really strong, and they fall for it every time. I would definitely suggest buying it as a torn and restored effect! Really powerful! It just might not work if the lighting is in one specific direction, but that probably won't happen.

Great restored card, always works, easy to perform. Only problems I've had with this one was there's a bit of setup and sometimes the gimmick just gets lost. Worth it all though for a simple to learn and perform restore that is extremely visual and easy to believe. CATCH: Different gimmick required for repeat performances to the same person! Still a great restore and worth the price! Responses always stellar!
