When I purchase tricks, I tell myself that I am buying the effect, not the method - The effect is what the audience wants and no matter how simple or silly the method, if it works for them, then the trick is a success.
That said - I cannot recommend this trick for the price. It is a bit angley and makes a clicking sound that takes a lot of practice to cover with a snap. The cube cannot be manipulated the same way a normal cube can.
It is a shame because the effect is so powerful but the audience will immediately want to rush and inspect the cube but it doesn't start or end clean. If the creator included a method of cube swapping and a cube with with to swap, I could reconsider my stance.

This gimmick looks much nicer on the video than in real life.. i think 75$ is very pricy for what you get, which is best suited, as mentioned, for video clips.

I bought this effect as an openbox and paid 30$ and still i think it is a loss. The gimmick could've been made better. You can custom make it better but for the price I think they couldve at least hand you a good gimmicked cube. Well at least the intructions are clear? WRONG. The instructions are no more than 15 minutes. No editing, not even someone talking and teaching you how to use it. Just text at the bottom of the screen and you have to catch on. Id invest in another cube gimmick.

I bought this as an open box. Had I paid $75 for this thing, I would be livid. Think you have some idea of the method? Nope...that’s not it. In fact, calling it a gimmick is an insult to all other gimmicks. If you are interested in adding Rubik’s Cube effects, check out Brundage’s Cube 3 and invest in some practice.

First let me say that it probably could've been a little bit less for what you get but with all the YouTube hack wannabe magicians exposing tricks ,I'm glad it's over budget for most. The effect has potential.with a little bit of acting and practice, this could look amazing.

I agee with the other reviewers. This is way over priced. I bought it in the open box. If I had read the reviews instead of watching the video I would have passed. I paid about 30.00 for it. I don't know what a rubric cube sells for, but $10-$15 over the price of a rubric cube itself would be a reasonable price to pay for this trick.
I am sure that there are other rubric cube tricks that outshine this one. Check with magicians who do the cube to see which one would work for you.

Wow! Now come on. I am speechless.
This whole trick just SUCKS! The gimmick is okay in concept but not practical at all for any type of closeup performance. Warning can be used for video only, if even that. The instructions are horrible and with no spoken words just text at the bottom of a very confusing short video😡
$75.00 no way! Just junk drawer Magic. Sorry I can not recommend this.

I think the people who gave 3 stars to this trick did not understand the idea.
this effect is perfect for video, social media or tv.
Also to attach it to stage routines.
it's pretty obvious that the cube has angles, but I think it's worth having it to achieve such a good effect.
