Many will tell you the Mother of All Book Tests is the best. I'm personally a big fan of Word in a Million, and Osterlind teaches some great methods in his 13 Steps download. Dan Garrett also performs an incredible routine from his Live lecture.

This one (Word/Million) is indeed fantastic.

For other possibilities, if you have the money to spend, any version Ted K's Mother of All Book Tests is an incredible piece of work (the newest paperback version being the most convenient).

Also reliable, and with a multitude of possible reveals, is Becker's Ultimate Flashback.

My favorite go to for any book, including borrowed ones, is Steve Valentine's "Booked." I've had the pleasure of frying strangers in the bookstore with his secret (which can also be presented in a more magical context with a Pegasus Page plot).
