Best "First" Penguin Live Lecture?

I have a lot of books and tricks, but have never seen one of the Penguin lectures. Of the ones that have already been recorded, what is a good first one to watch? What are your favorites and why?

Most of the good ones have been mentioned but for more advanced mentalists I would recommend Colin McLeod, Patrick Redford, and Peter Turner. Definitely watch them in that order because if you cannot Colin's bold style you will be really uncomfortable with Patrick and totally in over your head with Peter!

Gregory Wilson and Mark Mason share really good commercial magic and both are great teachers too.

First of all, try Franz Harary's -- it's free!

After that, so many great ones to start with. In no particular order:

Danny Garcia: TONS of practical tricks.

Gregory Wilson: TONS of tricks.

Oz Pearlman 2: Comprehensive course in getting paid to perform.

Richard Osterlind: His real working act. Awesome.

Peter Turner: Mind expanding, bold mentalism.

Everybody says the best ones are Harlan, Garcia and Pearlman. Except for the other guy who answered this question. :)

It largely depends on your skill level and preferences.
I'd suggest watching the trailers for
Jay Scott Berry,
Howard Hamburg,
Christopher Taylor,
Tomas Medina,
Jason England,
Murray Sawchuck,
Rudy Coby,
Paul Gertner,
Roberto Giobbi,
Lennart Green,
Kevin James,
Mark Elsdon,
Diamond Jim Tyler,
Those are some of the best out of what I've seen and cover pretty much everything.

Dan Harlan, Greg Wilson, Rachel and Aldo Colombini.

Each one of those have just tons of great, practical magic that can be used in different settings and a lot of it is easy technically.
