Butterfly Torn - dexterity required?

My 75 y/o arthritic fingers can do some things, but subtle slights can be a problem. Would I have a chance at doing this effect well?
Obviously, this is a hard to answer question, because you don't really know what I can and cannot do...
Just a guess is all I'm asking for - no guarantees.

It requires palming a d a couple other intermediate moves. It's not a super difficult version but it does take a significant about of sleight of hand to pull off.
