Can Ibalance hurt a persons phone in any way?

Will the gimmick hurt the phone if something goes wrong?

Yes and no, it won't necessarily hurt it, but you could slightly mess it up, and then you'd have to get a tool to fix the problem. This could only happen of course if the gimmick actually breaks.
