I'm not sure which trick that you are referring to specifically so I'll just leave a general answer.
Some tricks don't have a 'learn' button with the associated video.
Although rare, it does occur. It has to do with PM and the author's agreement. Generally, it's a proprietary thing.
However, there is always some form of video instruction available whether it be a dvd, or a download from another site.
