Criminal

Does this work with only American currency?
We have plastic notes.
Will it work with a signed piece of paper?

As this is something that happens with tearing the bills I'm going to say that plastic currency isn't really an option. Also the bill can't be signed so if you used paper instead it wouldn't be able to be signed as well.

This is a creative take on the T&R plot that I think you will enjoy!
