Does Axel Hecklau teach Newsflash Universal in his lecture download?

I am considering purchasing Newsflash 2.0 from Axel Hecklau, but noticed that it is listed as something that may be covered in his lecture. One reviewer said that the mechanics of the effect are not covered in the lecture, only some theory, and little bits and pieces of the effect. Just want some clarification before downloading the lecture. Thank you

The effect is covered in his lecture but its not a complete guide. If you plan on performing the effect you would have the most luck with buying the full trick
