Does Penguin Have "Bridal Registry"?

When my Sister got married she was able to register at a bunch of stores and then her friends and family could find out exactly what she wanted and also what other people had already bought. Does Penguin have something like that so my parents or grandparents could go to my "registry" and see what was on my wish-list and also what I already have?
