Domino Monte -- fully examinable?

In the second video the magician says something like "hand them out; everything if fully examinable". Watching the handing of the dominos and seeing that others have commented that viewing angle is important make me skeptical of that claim. Are the dominos truly fully examinable?

You're using gimmicked dominos and ungimmicked dominos. Some are fully examinable, but you can switch the gimmicks for examinable dominoes and have a stronger effect. The angles are important to watch so its more of a 1 on 1 style trick, but a small crowd can still appreciate the effect.
