Be aware, the Executive Clip is a utility device and not a routine unto itself, although the DVD teaches components of routines. It serves mainly as a revelation, major or minor.

I have an Excutive Clip I bought long ago ( not sure if I bought from you or not) but I have no directions with it. Did it come with a dvd or on-line directions?
If needed, can I just get directions.
