Help with instant download need

hey,

I have just purchased Max Maven`s Predixion, but I keep getting this error message: The requested content cannot be loaded.
Please try again later." Any idea how to sort this out?

Having this issue now..really wanted to check out some videos I purchased on my day off, but clicking learn on any of my downloads just gives this error..

I'm having this issue. I was watching on my phone and it died so I went to watch on Mac and won't let me watch. Now phone is back on it still won't let me.

Well, not sure what happened with yours...just clicked the 'learn' button in my Penguin magic section and the pop up video plays normally.
I even downloaded the file to my computer (again) to see if there are any issues.
There were none.
Thus, try again.
