Once you've purchased the product, it'll be available immediately (most cases) in your "My Penguin Magic" section of the website.
Look up to the center of this/any page, click on the green link, My Penguin Magic, and you'll be redirected to a page listing all of your purchases here at PM.
Scroll down to find your trick name and you'll see a green "Learn" button...click it.
A pop up window will appear and the video will auto play. In that window, you'll see a filmstrip icon in the lower right corner. Click here to download to your device.
