The only issue I have had is a few strands of feathers falling off --- somewhere it was suggested to store in an XL Thumbtip which I did but when I pulled it out that is when I would lose some - so now I just keep it in a small pill bottle and no issues. Even if every feather fell out, it would still freak people out as it is only a very small part of the design.
