I am a beginner and I was wondering what are some great penetration effects I could do that are cheap (less than 20 dollars) Thanks!

There are a couple classics you'll definitely be interested in! Pena Coin is great, also the Stealth Pen and Clear Thru.

"Misled" by Timothy Wenk, as performed by David Copperfield, is, in my opinion the absolute best ever penetration trick. It uses a plain pencil, with a tiny special something, and with slight clean up you can give the pencil away...

This method will not work with the "Sharp Shot" Sharpie marker by Taiwan Ben. The magnet is simply too strong the plastic pen along a bill is too slick. Stay away from Sharp Shot period. It is a flawed gimmick and method.
