If I bought free-form is it a food idea to get hacaan or it the on thought in free-form better

in Freeform Peter explains a people's way to force someone to think of a card. Then uses a force deck to get the number right. But hacaan is a free choice and can be done with a borrowed deck. I can't decide between them because they're just so both versatile. But peters force is slightly knacky and works around 80% of the time.
