Is the cube in The Enchanted Cube examinable?

Or is it examinable in some parts of the routine?
(Or I must do a cube-switch?)

At the beginning of the routine, the audience can look at the cube casually, but they cannot mix it up. While it is solved you can not hand it out for any kind of examination. Greg teaches a version with 2 cubes, where one can be completely examined after it is solved. The other must be mixed up a bit first.
