Legacy thread on stage with spotlight

I was curious how this thread looks for a dancing cane. Is it strong enough? Does it show on a stage with a spotlight?

The thread is intended for close up. I don't know how heavy your cane is, but I would say under the stress of a dancing cane it probably won't hold. You might have to double the thread to make it reliable for a dancing cane.

This is elastic thread, so not suitable for regular dancing cane performances! There are stronger invisible threads out there, or Nylon! Steve Fearson makes Invisble Thread for stage, Vectra Line
