This is a quote from a Chrish Philpott direct response to this exact question in a different forum:

"many of the effects in this could be translated into other languages, but there is no way to perform this "out of the box" in any language except English. I have gotten several requests for a Spanish and French version and if there's enough interest, I'll release a version in those languages in the new year. Some of the effects would be quite easy to translate, but others rely heavily on linguistic quirks of the English language -- not impossible to translate, but tricky and way beyond my weak French and Spanish. I'm hoping that once this has been released, I will get suggestions from some bi-lingual users."

This quote is from 2 years ago...no other language release that I've heard of.
Maybe you can translate the trick and share the new release with Chris ;-)
