Police handcuffs - are they gimmicked?

I see 2 choices of handcuffs one as handcuffs with keys and one as police handcuffs with keys-trick. The word trick in the title makes me think they are gimmicked however the description says standard cuffs on both items. Are either gimmicked? Thanks
