Question Refill for Blank Phil Deck by Trevor Duffy - Tricks

Hello,
I wanted to order three decks of "Refill for Blank Phil Deck" so I can do the bonus effect Bob Cassidy explains on his Billet Killers video download but I would like to have a different force card for each deck. Do you have different force card decks of the Refill for Blank Phil Deck? I assume this is the deck Bob Cassidy is referring to in his video. Correct?

Bob misspoke on the explanation. You need a protean deck or a Double Decker one way forcing deck.
