re: Vectra Upgrade Kit for Surya’s Device

My Surya's Device arrived today from Penguin. An enclosed note says for 30 days I can get the Vectra Upgrade at a discount from my dealer.

I don't even find it listed on Penguin. It shows on the Sorcery website but the shipping is $27 from India.

Is this available from Penguin? The Vectra upgrade I consider a necessity for this.

has there been any inquiry as to Penguin selling these as refills? It is the only thing stopping me from buying one.
