Red (New Wave Prediction)
How can you sell a trick that was stolen from me? I put this out 20 years ago. If you check the Magic Cafe Forum, you'll find folks who own both and say they are identical. Also, below is Craig Petty's own 2003 list of favorite tricks. Guess which one is at the top?
Petty's post on the Magic Bunny from 2005:

Sorry for the late reply, and thanks to everyone for helping protect Penguin Magic's integrity. Red was removed from the site in early January, and refunds were given for preorders.
I own a copy of Bob King's New Wave Prediction and a friend just bought a copy of Craig Petty's RED. Last night we compared the two products. They are the same, not taking into consideration the media. I have also logged into the Magic Bunny forum and viewed the 2005 posting by Craig Petty were he stated that New Wave Prediction was his favorite gimmicked deck effect. I can see no ground for any claim of independent creation. RED should not be on the market. Craig Petty has said this regarding other products while reviewing them on his web show. I would highly encourage Penguin (and other magic shops) not to sell RED.
I personally purchase. NWP from Hank Lee many years ago. The instructions had Bob King's name on them. Red is EXACTLY the same effect, at about twice the price-tag.
Something is definitely fishy in Denmark.
'RED' really should be boycotted by all retailers and buyers; it's blatant thievery and should be discouraged at all costs.
