There is not right or wrong answer to that. Both are opaque(unless you get the version with the window)and both function the same. The only difference is the color. Also, these are not "Mandatory." The Nest of Wallets includes a cloth that you unwrap for the final stage. If you want to use one of these self sealing envelopes then great, but you can choose to use the cloth as well.
