smart wand by vincenzo

I am ordering this today as it seems an elegant alternative to a lighter. The reviews seem sad that the product is not reliable and the last thing magicians want is an unreliable product. Are there any plans to rectify this observation by users. I am praying the one I am ordering does work. Its a fair way from England to USA.
