Spectro Touch

Some of my audiences have contingencies with pacemakers and the like, so I'm reluctant to employ electronics that deliver a shock to my spectators. Is this device something which should give me concern under those circumstances?

No, this device will not shock the spectator. It is a tapping device. When you use it all they will feel is a tap. It will not shock them, or vibrate.
