Some time ago I ordered the dvd of The Sphinx magazine. It wouldn't play on my MacBook Pro. When I notified you, you invited me to return it for a replacement. I did. I have not received the replacement. (I noted that since it would not play on either side, the problem might well be incompatibility with my machine (software OS X 10.6.8) rather than a damaged disk. Perhaps your checking on this is why I have received no replacement.) In any case, I'd appreciate an update.
