Stripper deck dropped

Looking for an online resource to give me pointers on how to 'reset' my stripper deck that was knocked off a table into a messy pile.

I'm trying to get the red/black cards facing in the proper directions.

I know this is a low-rent question - and I apologize for my noob-ness. I did a few Google searches and didn't come up with any solutions.

Seems like this may have happened to someone before...

Lets see...to explain this in the easiest way possible?
Since you're new to this deck, try this...
Separate your cards into "piles" by their suit.
Square up one suited pile and use your "stripper" move to slide the cards apart. If they strip with cards going in both directions, rotate one "side" 180deg. to match the other. That's it...when correctly oriented, the suited pile won't separate when you try to strip it.
Repeat for the other 3 suited piles.
Then, combine the different suited piles in the same manner and you should be done.
Good luck!

What you experienced was a frustration with the stripper deck that had me remove it from my repertoire when I first began years ago. You lose confidence that you are doing the stripping move correct because you are always doubting whether the orientation and consequently have no confidence in performing a trick using it. However I rediscovered this deck recently and fell in love with it again. There are some amazing tricks you can do if you are creative. But the same thing that happened to you happened to me and I was not so fast to toss it out this time. How I solved the problem was to take a regular deck of cards of the same brand (I like and have always used Bicycle) of a different backing color. So lets say my stripper deck is red so my regular deck I use blue. This takes some time but one card at a time, I will sandwich the stripper card with the regular card and then use the stripping move. If the orientation is proper, the stripper card comes away very easily from the blue. Reverse and not so much. It becomes pretty obvious over time even to the point you can visually see the variation. Yes, it takes time. But after doing it 52 times you will develop a nice stripping move. I would also recommend as you practice, get another deck as a 'practice' deck and mark the deck so you always know the proper orientation as you work on your tricks.
