Penguin still the king magic dealers

I can't speak for penguin, but through my experience, I can say that penguin is a trustful dealer in terms of that. Leading me to say that there are many many factors that take part in you getting the product in hand and additionally flat pack shipping( which that dvd is) sometimes takes a little longer due to what I believe in thst they are so thin that I just can vision the post off misplacing/losing it in some cracks and crevices of the delivery equipment for a any given amount of time, just to be found days later or not found at all. So if after two weeks maximum and you still haven't received, then I would say that it's lost in transit.
